Strasbourg, 22/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - In presenting the European Central Bank (ECB) annual report in Strasbourg on Tuesday 21 April, ECB Vice-President Lucas Papademos highlighted the recovery measures taken over the last few months and hopes of a gradual upturn in economic activity.
