30/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has adopted, by a large majority, the report by Klaus-Heiner Lehne (PES, Germany) on the White Paper of the Commission on "Damages actions for breach of the EC antitrust rules" (EUROPE 9635). The report was approved on Thursday 26 March by 498 votes in favour, 11 against and 17 abstentions. (A.B./transl.fl)
