26/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 24 March 2009, the European Parliament adopted a report by Lidia Joanna Geringer de Oedenberg (PES, Poland) approving a draft regulation codifying but not amending EU legislation (Regulation 918/83/EEC) on the EU system of reliefs from customs duty.
