18/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 18 February 2009, the European Commission endorsed the acquisition of sole control of Japanese robotic tools and human science instrument manufacturer Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd. By another Japanese company, Hitachi Ltd (which is part of the Hitachi Group). Hitachi Ltd is active in many electronic and IT markets. (C.D.)
