Signature of NIF Trust Fund Agreement to fund infrastructure projects in EU neighbourhood

Brussels, 26/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - On the sidelines of the General Affairs and External Relations Council on Monday 26 January, EU member states signed the “NIF Trust Fund Agreement” allowing them to provide additional funds to the Neighbourhood Investment Facility, a key lever of the European neighbourhood policy (ENP).
