France calls for European rules on liability of harmonised investment fund depositaries

Brussels, 14/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - With recasting of the directive governing harmonised investment funds only just endorsed (see EUROPE 9817), further work could concern UCITS funds and be discussed at the Ecofin Council on 20 January.
