08/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - The three main maritime research institutes in Europe, the NOCS (the National Oceanography Centre Southampton, United Kingdom), Ifremer (the French institute for maritime research) and IFM-GEOMAR (Leibniz Institute of Marine Sciences, Germany) signed a cooperation framework agreement on 15 December in Kiel in Germany.
