In Franche-Comté, Danuta Hübner reiterates importance of innovation for relaunching competitiveness and creating jobs

Brussels, 08/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - Danuta Hübner, European Commissioner for regional policy, was in France-Comté (France) on Thursday 8 January. During her visit, she met the authorities responsible for implementing European investment: Jacques Barthélémy, Prefect of the Region, Marie-Guite Dufay, President of the Regional Council, as well as many local elected representatives.
