Brussels, 07/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - In November, the industrial product price index fell by 1.9% in the eurozone and by 2.1% in the EU27 compared to one month earlier, when prices had fallen by 0.8% and 1.1% respectively. Compared to the same period of the year 2007, industrial product prices increased by 3.3% in the eurozone and by 4.1% in the EU27, states Eurostat in a press release published on Wednesday 7 January.
