EIB/Crédit Agricole partnership in favour of SMEs and local authorities

Brussels, 17/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - Le Crédit Agricole and the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed, on Friday 12 December, two loans for the total sum of €300 million, intended to support investment by local authorities and small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) for financing their development.

For the first time in France, in partnership with Crédit Agricole, EIB has decided to grant a €200 million loan for the investment of local authorities in the water and sanitation...
