EU and United States restate desire for international agreement on data protection

Brussels, 15/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - Ultimately the Europeans will not have to suffer any further heated exchanges with the Americans on privacy. The two partners reached agreement on Friday 12 December to continue to work for an international agreement on data protection.
