11/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - The association 'Vilnius - European Capital of Culture 2009' presented its cultural programme for 2009 (the city has been designated as next year's European culture capital). The concept behind the 2009 programme is 'Culture Live' which means that everyone will be invited to become an artist in Vilnius.
