Brussels, 27/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 26 November in Marseilles (EUROPE 9791), Danuta Hübner, European Commissioner for Regional Policy, explained to urban development ministers at an informal meeting, how cohesion policy can help member states and regions overcome the negative impact of the financial crisis.
