Commission approves proposed acquisition of Siemen's subsidiary SHC by Arques

Brussels, 26/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 September, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of SHC, the Home and Office Communication Devices business of Siemens of Germany, by Arques, also of Germany. SHC is active in the consumer electronics sector. Arques is an investment company.
