26/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of joint control of Turkish electricity company Baºkent Elektrik Daìitim by Turkish industrial and financial conglomerate H.Ö.Sababci Holding A.S. and Austrian electricity company Österreichische Electrizitätswirtschafts-Aktiengesellschaft.
