Brussels, 21/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - In a statement published on 20 August, the presidency of the Council of the European Union welcomes the official signing on 18 August in Djibouti of the peace agreement of 9 June by the Transitional Federal Government and the Alliance for the Re-liberation of Somalia.
