22/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - In a press release published on Thursday, Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner expresses the hope that the agreement reached in Doha (Qatar) on 21 May on bringing the country out of its institutional stalemate and on the election of a new president (see related article) will allow Lebanon to “turn a new page in its history” and, also, to fully benefit from the possibilities provided by European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP).
