Green light for new rules on statistics

Brussels, 22/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - The adoption on Wednesday 21 May in Strasbourg of the report by Gábor Harangozó (PES, Hungary), means that the European Parliament has approved, in a first reading (codecision procedure), the compromise with the Council on revising rules on surveys establishing statistics on agricultural undertakings.
