20/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a new company OOO RusVinyl, jointly controlled by SolVin GmbH & Co of Germany, belonging to the Solvay group, and OJSC Sibur Holding of Russia. OOO RusVinyl will produce and market caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride.
