Brussels, 11/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 11 February the European Commission gave its green light to the takeover bid in which Holtzbrinck eLAB GmbH (“eLAB”, Germany), subsidiary of Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH & Co.
