11/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Sagem Communications (Sagem) of France, which produces telecommunications equipment, by the private equity investor company, Gores Group LLC (US). The deal was examined under simplified merger review procedure. (C.D.)
