11/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - Agreements with the Republic of Moldova on readmission and easing arrangements on visas came into effect on 1 January 2008. On 10 October 2007, the European Union and Moldova signed the two agreements after only eight months of talks (see EUROPE 9552).
