28/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 24 August the European Commission presented the Council of ministers of the EU with a draft regulation for amending regulation (EC) 1487/2005 instituting a definitive anti-dumping duty that replaces the provisional duty set out on imports for certain cloth for polyester filaments for clothes from China.
