Brussels, 21/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - The presidency of the European Union has been closely following the general elections in Kazakhstan on 18 August. In a declaration published on 20 August it welcomed the, “progress noted in the Preliminary Findings and Conclusions of the International Election Observation Mission”.
