24/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 23 July, the European Commission forwarded proposals to the Council for a decision concerning the signing and the conclusion of a re-entry agreement between the EU and the Republic of Serbia. These proposals follow the agreement in this field initialled in Brussels on 16 May by European and Serbian negotiators (see EUROPE 9428).
