ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

Through its British subsidiary SITA UK, the French company, SUEZ, has taken over the Northern Irish waste treatment and recycling company, WILSON WASTE (turnover of £7 million in 2006, with a customer portfolio of 1700 and a workforce of 70) for £7 million. SUEZ also acquired a 10% stake in the Czech discharge and incineration company, DEKONTA.
