The French REXEL company (annual turnover of €9.3bn) and number one in the global electrical materials distribution market, has made three acquisitions. It took over BOUTET in Belgium (turnover of €18 million in 2006, with a workforce of 50), CLEARLIGHT in the United Kingdom (turnover of €10 million in 2006, with a workforce of 71), VALLEY ELECTRIC SUPPY in the US (turnover of €4 million in 2006, with a workforce of 15).
