04/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 3 July 2007, the Commission granted clearance for two acquisitions under simplified merger review procedure. The first concerns acquisition of the French company, GFI Informatique, by another French company, FS Participation SAS, controlled by Fujitsu Limited of Japan. The second acquisition was for sole control of DaimlerChrysler Holding LLC by CG Investor LLC, controlled by the Cerberus Group of the US. (cd)
