19/04/2007 (Agence Europe) - Tonio Borg, the Maltese deputy prime minister and minister of justice and home and the affairs, travelled to Trier in Germany, to sign Malta's accession agreement to the European Legal Academy (Europäischen Rechtsakademie), “ERA”, with its president Jacques Santer.
