08/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance under EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of joint control of Sdu N.V. (Sdu) of the Netherlands by ABN AMRO Capital BO Funds B.V. (AAC) of the Netherlands, belonging to the ABN AMRO Group, and Allianz Capital Partners GmbH (ACP), which is controlled by the Allianz Group of Germany. ACP is active in financial investments.
