23/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the creation of a joint venture between Carrefour-Marinopoulos (Greece) and Emporiki Credicom Bank SA (Greece). As its name indicates, Carrefour-Marinopoulos is jointly held by the French group, Carrefour, and the Greek enterprise, Marinopoulos Brothers SA.
