23/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 22 February, the European Commission presented to the Council a draft decision expressing the EU's position on the rules of procedure of the Council and the Euro-Mediterranean association agreement committee between the EU and Lebanon that took effect on 1 April 2006.
