05/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The commissioner for research, Janez Potocnik, and the German federal minister for education and research, Anette Schavan will be in India on 7 - 9 February to take part in the EU-India Ministerial Science Conference, with the Indian minister for science and technology, Kapil Sibal.
