ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

ITM ENTREPRISES, holding of LES MOUSQUETAIRES distribution chain (France), has sold off its last remaining assets in Germany. It has sold off 22 logistic centres for €121 million to the German real estate specialists IVG (portfolio of almost €18.5 bn with annual turnover of almost €3 bn).
