The Italian merchant bank BANCA LEONARDO has bought out for an undisclosed amount in securities alone, its French counterpart TOULOUSE ET ASSOCIES. The new entity will have between 25 and 30 bankers and operate as a single entity in the countries where it is already present (France, Italy, Benelux).
