04/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Dangaard Telecom Holding A/S (Dangaard) of Denmark by Nordic Capital Fund VI (Nordic Capital) of Jersey. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
