The Spanish public works company FERROVIAL has increased its offer on BAA- BRITISH ARIPORTS AUTHORITY by 16%. It is now offering 900 pence per share as opposed to the previous offer of 810 pence. It will also provide a portfolio of convertible bonds. The total offer now stands at £9.73 billion but according to BAA it is still too low and it has thrown the offer out again.
