The Canadian information technology services company CGI (turnover in 2005 of $3 billion with global workforce of 25,000) has bought up PLAUT CONSULTING, a small French firm employing 120 workers. The latter has a turnover of € 13.2 million. This deal was part of a much broader CGIU project, which aims to triple its size in Europe by 2010.
