BPI - BANCA POPOLARE ITALIANA will be selling off a 14.9% stake it owns in RCS MEDIAGROUP. CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON will underwrite the transaction and the offer will be reserved for institutional investors. The stake is currently valued at € 463.3 million.
