05/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament adopted the report by British Liberal Democrat MEP Diana Wallis on Tuesday. This means it will not defend the immunity of League of Polish Families (Liga Polskich Rodzin) MEP, Witold Tomczak, who is being prosecuted for insulting behaviour to a police officer in his own country, after being stopped when driving his car in the wrong direction along a one-way street on 25 April 1999.
