The French company, MADER (turnover EUR 100 million in 2005), American UNITED PAINT CORP (turnover EUR 30 million) and Japanese OHASHI (turnover EUR 60 million) have created a joint venture specialised in automobile interior painting, which will be a leader in the sector, equally owned between them. The three partners together make an annual turnover of EUR 45 million in the interior motor vehicle paintwork business.
