The Norwegian group, AKER KVAERNER (engineering, construction and oil and gas), has sold its assets in paper pulp and energy to its Finnish competitor, METSO, for the sum of NOK 3 billion. This activity employs 2,000 and makes an annual turnover of NOK 4.5 billion.
