The Russian conglomerate, SISTEMA, has sold 100% of its shares in the holding company, KAMOV, to OBORONPROM for the sum of $11.8 million, in addition to taking over 4.2 million in debts. The public defence industry group itself belongs to the giant, ROSVOOROUJENIE, which controls 95% of Russia's arms exports.
