International Rail Union spreads its wings

Brussels, 09/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Executive Committee of the International Rail Union (UIC) has spread its wings outside Europe for the first time, meeting in New Delhi (the capital of India) to highlight its global presence and desire to lead the global rail industry.
