ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electrical equipment

The French company, SOMFY (motors for blinds and shutters; turnover EUR 312.5 million during the first half of 2005) foresees the acquisition of the Swiss access barrier company, AGTA RECORD, of which it already holds 25%, and of Italian FAAC, specialised in motors for doors and doors and gates of which it already holds a blocking minority (34%).
