ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

FAURECIA (French group PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN) is to create a joint undertaking with South Korean company, KWANG JIN SANG GONG, which will be specialised in the production of door modules in South Korea. The company, called KWANG JIN FAURECIA, will be jointly and equally owned at 50/50%.
