ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

The German conglomerate, GEA, has sold its last chemicals activities with the sale of DNK - DYNAMIT NOBEL KUNSTSTOFF (turnover EUR 900 million in 2004), specialised in plastics, to the Swedish motor vehicle parts company, PLASTAL, a deal that sets the company at a value of close to EUR 350 million.
