Acquisition of Wheelabrator Allevard by LBO France is cleared

Brussels, 29/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission on Thursday authorised the acquisition of the French abrasives and diamond tools company Wheelabrator Allevard SA by the investment company LBO France, deciding that the operation would not significantly hamper effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA).
