07/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Following its rapporteur Elmar Brok (CDU), president of the committee on foreign affairs, the European Parliament has given its assent to the conclusion of the protocol to the Euro-Mediterranean agreement establishing an association between the EU and Morocco, the EU and Tunisia and between the EU and Jordan, to take account of the enlargement of the EU to 10 new Member States, on 1 May 2004.
