18/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead for the planned acquisition of the UK's Kwik-Fit Group Limited by French company PAI Partners SAS. PAI manages and advises investment funds active in various industries, including food, waste disposal and textiles. Kwik Fit is a chain of car repair companies in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. The deal was examined using the simplified procedure.
